Your resume is a calling card or advertisement about you.  There are many styles to a resume and they all include the following:

YOUR CONTACT INFORMATION

Include your:

- Full name

- Mailing address

- Email address

- Phone number

YOUR OBJECTIVE OR GOAL FOR WANTING A JOB

This is a short sentence stating the job you are seeking.

YOUR EDUCATION

List your current school and program of study.  Include any specialized training or certification (if none, list some job skills you have learned).

YOUR WORK EXPERIENCE

List any employment.  Include seasonal or volunteer work to show your motivation.

YOUR ACCOMPLISHMENTS

Use this section to list personal awards or accomplishments (drivers license, cpr certification, safeserv, etc.).
